Ruth’s Buka started in an average garage of our home and catering for various people through out the Bay Area. From there we went on to moving to a commercial kitchen and working our way to our restaurant (buka). We are a family oriented restaurant and everything we use to make our food + all of our spices is from back home that will make you miss back home once you take a bite.
